Privacy policy

How EURO LIDER BV processes your personal data, in line with the GDPR and Belgian privacy law.

1. Data controller

2. What data do we process?

  • Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, subject, your message and your consent to processing. For a customer application, also your VAT number, type of business and business address.
  • Customer account and webshop: identification and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, VAT number, orders and invoices.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and server log files. Server log files are kept for no more than 14 days.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your question or customer application: pre-contractual steps and your consent.
  • Managing your customer account and processing, delivering and invoicing orders: performance of a contract.
  • Keeping invoices and accounting records: legal obligation.
  • Security and proper operation of our systems: legitimate interest.
  • Optional third-party content such as Google Maps: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Belgian law. Contact form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and follow up any customer relationship.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary with: our hosting provider OVH SAS (server in Germany), our technical partner NameTech Solutions BV (Belgium), our email provider Google (Gmail), which receives the messages from the contact form, carriers when a delivery is handled by a third party, and authorities where required by law. If you click "Show map" on the contact page, Google Maps loads and Google processes your IP address. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to eurolider.srl@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access control.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
